One source who lives in the area confirmed the ‘‘very loud explosion’’ on Tuesday morning. Another source also confirmed that an explosion took place. There were no injuries or deaths reported from the bomb which took place in early morning light traffic . Libya’s split LANA state news agency eastern branch reported it as a suicide bomber on a motor bike. It published photographs purportedly of the scene and strewn body of the alleged motorcycle suicide bomber.
