Nevertheless, the situation remains highly unstable, with anti-coup protesters in Khartoum tear gassed in this weekend’s demonstrations.   Sudan’s army chief has agreed to release four ministers that were detained in the coup. Prime Minister Hamdok has hinged any agreement on a potential technocratic power sharing between the military and a civilian government led by him, on the release of detainees.   Dryad Global continues to advise against operations at the port of Sudan until the situation stabilises.
