The Port of Benghazi Maritime Authority has notified mariners via circular that two areas in the vicinity of Benghazi and Tobruk will be designated as Military Exclusion Zones between 01 Oct - 15 Oct 2020.
It is understood that the areas will be used for the conduct of LNA naval exercise's and live firing.
Mariners are advised to exercise appropriate caution and avoidance of the areas below:
