ACREW was established after extensive market research showed that superyacht, cruise and other maritime industries crews' needs were not being met. Onno Eddens set up the organisation as a platform to better provide knowledge-sharing, learning and networking opportunities for these crew.
Through a series of offerings which include knowledge-sharing events, online, workshops, and international crew awards ACREW provides opportunities for crew to improve their skillsets and knowledge on both a personal and professional level.
