👉 On 02 June 22 the UN envoy to Yemen announced a two-month extension of the ceasefire that expired on the 01 June 22 having been in force for a month.

👉 Iran's supreme leader has confirmed that Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) forces seized two Greek oil tankers in retaliation for the U.S. confiscation of the Iranian crude aboard a tanker detained off Greece over a month ago, saying Iran’s actions did not amount to theft. 

👉 Following a Russian attack on the port town of Ochakov, the Tanzanian flagged MT BRENTIX was struck by a cluster munition towards the bow of the vessel whilst in port. Based on the images released, the explosion appears to have penetrated the deck and the side of the hull resulting in damage. The blast sparked a fire, but it was extinguished quickly. Offshore Ukraine, two drifting sea mines have been found and neutralised in the Odessa region on the 31 May 22, and 2 June, 22.
