In the Gulf of Guinea, oil pipeline theft and vandalism has re-emerged as a prominent issue. Following last weeks' attacks on oil pipelines, Oil company Eni has confirmed that three of their workers were killed and two injured in the incident. Furthermore, whilst the new militant group Bayan Men promised an attack every 24 hours until their demands are met, there have been no reported incidents this week.
